We Don't Ship Any Merchandise Internationally!!! United States Only!!

All items will be shipped UPS Ground unless you arrange for a different shipping method by emailing us before ordering. The time needed to ship merchandise will vary depending on the shipment's location and the particular time of year. Customers should expect a 3 to 7 day delivery time. Below is a map showing average shipping times for UPS Ground. This time doesn't include the time it takes to process and package for shipment. Most products are shipped the day after the order is placed.

United Parcel Service (UPS) will ship all orders. Prior to ordering you can e-mail us at allstarsport@suddenlink.net for a quote on shipping charges. If you choose to order before emailing us, you can do so. We will calculate the shipping cost and if for any reason is less than what you paid, we will credit the difference to you. If the amount needed is more than what you paid, we will email you the total for approval. Upon your approval, via email, we will then ship your order.

Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We are not responsible for damage or losted merchandise caused by the freight carrier. Insurance must be purchased at the initial sale of item(s) to be fully protected from lost shipments or damaged merchandise.
